ZaTek provides a unified platform for managing WhatsApp Business Accounts via OAuth and the WhatsApp Business API.

Information We Collect

• Facebook authentication details (user ID, name, profile photo)

• WhatsApp Business identifiers (WABA ID, phone number ID)

• Messaging metadata (delivery status, read receipts, timestamps)

• Incoming message content and contact information

• Analytics data (conversation counts, session durations, response times)

Purpose and Legal Basis

We use this data to power our dashboard, send authorized message templates, integrate with CRM/ERP systems, and deliver analytics. Processing is based on your consent via Facebook Login for Business and on our service agreement.

 

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with:

• Meta, for API functionality and compliance

• Twilio, Inc., if you authorize them to send messages on your behalf

• Service providers under strict confidentiality agreements

 

Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under role-based controls.

 

Data Retention

We retain your data while our service relationship is active and for up to two years after the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

 

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by emailing augusto@za-tek.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
